You'll need a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler or tape measure.
Stand with your heel on the wall
Put your full weight on that foot. Wear the socks you normally wear.
Mark the longest toe
Ask someone to draw a line at the end of your longest toe.

Measure and repeat
Measure from the back of the heel to the longest toe and repeat for the other foot.

Place it on a hard, flat floor
Not on a rug or carpet.

Stand with your heel in the heel cup
Barefoot or in thin socks, weight evenly on both feet.

Slide the toe bar to your longest toe
Gently, until it just touches. Keep your toes flat.

Read the length in cm
Read where the toe bar meets the scale. Repeat for the other foot.
